Are you passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that help people grow, adapt, and thrive? We're looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join a large-scale transformation program. This is your opportunity to make a real difference in how people embrace new systems and ways of working, while shaping a positive future for the organisation and community.

In this role, you'll design and deliver engaging learning programs that bring change to life. From creating interactive eLearning and quick reference guides, to leading workshops and developing system training resources, your work will help colleagues feel supported and confident in their roles. You'll collaborate closely with project teams, subject matter experts, and organisational development partners to ensure knowledge is transferred and embedded.

We're seeking someone with:

  • A strong background in learning and development, ideally with experience in local government.
  • Skills in instructional design, including tools such as Articulate, Camtasia or Snagit.
  • A genuine ability to engage people, simplify complex processes, and create resources that are practical and accessible.
  • A collaborative spirit, with the confidence to partner with diverse stakeholders.
