About the role

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service:
    Facilitate L&D activities with a customer-focused approach, building positive relationships with staff and stakeholders
  • Facilitated Learning:
    Deliver engaging training programs in-person and online and contribute to the design and evaluation of high-quality learning experiences
  • Administration:
    Manage logistics for training sessions, serve as the main contact for L&D inquiries, and maintain accurate training records
  • Budget Management:
    Track training expenses and ensure timely processing of invoices
  • Project Participation:
    Assist with system integrations and the enhancement of training resources

About you

To be successful in this position, you will possess the following:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous administrative experience with a strong customer service focus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate and consult effectively with a diverse range of people
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, show high levels of initiative, prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn new skills and participate in projects that contribute to continuous improvement
