About the role
As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service:
Facilitate L&D activities with a customer-focused approach, building positive relationships with staff and stakeholders - Facilitated Learning:
Deliver engaging training programs in-person and online and contribute to the design and evaluation of high-quality learning experiences - Administration:
Manage logistics for training sessions, serve as the main contact for L&D inquiries, and maintain accurate training records - Budget Management:
Track training expenses and ensure timely processing of invoices - Project Participation:
Assist with system integrations and the enhancement of training resources
About you
To be successful in this position, you will possess the following:
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Previous administrative experience with a strong customer service focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate and consult effectively with a diverse range of people
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, show high levels of initiative, prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn new skills and participate in projects that contribute to continuous improvement
