About The Role
The Attendance Officer plays a vital role in supporting student engagement and ensuring the efficient operation of the school.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Generate and distribute daily attendance and absenteeism reports.
  • Send SMS notifications to parents/carers and follow up with teachers on attendance matters.
  • Record and update attendance data in Excel and OneSchool systems.
  • Collect and document reasons for chronic student absences and liaise with support staff to address concerns.
  • Provide general administrative support, including student counter assistance, timetable variations, and first aid.

This role would suit a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting student success and fostering strong school-family connections.
