About The Role
The Attendance Officer plays a vital role in supporting student engagement and ensuring the efficient operation of the school.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Generate and distribute daily attendance and absenteeism reports.
- Send SMS notifications to parents/carers and follow up with teachers on attendance matters.
- Record and update attendance data in Excel and OneSchool systems.
- Collect and document reasons for chronic student absences and liaise with support staff to address concerns.
- Provide general administrative support, including student counter assistance, timetable variations, and first aid.
This role would suit a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting student success and fostering strong school-family connections.
