Conferencing Attendent

The Boland's Centre is commonly known as Cairns' Most Beautiful Building.

Boland'scomprises a combination of 60 Office Suites, 20+ Meeting / Training / Conference Rooms and 7 successful Retail Shops, all managed by our on site team in our office located at The Bolands Centre, on the corner of Lake and Spence Street, in the Cairns C.B.D.

This fantastic full-time permanent role will involve you:

• Meeting and Greeting our many local and visiting Conference clients
• Delivering catering into Conference / Meeting rooms
• Setting up Conference Rooms according to each function's requirements 
• Assisting our clients with any issues they may have
• Working to ensure all our clients are very well looked after and all their expectations are exceeded
• Help maintain superb building presentation
• Assisting with any projects, or undertaking additional duties as reasonably required

Monday to Friday office hours

Our ideal candidate

• Previous Food and Beverage experience would be preferred.

• The ability to work autonomously; take pride and ownership of tasks along with an exceptional eye for detail are standards that we will seek.

• Time management and organisational skills along with good written and communication skills will be highly regarded.
