Spearpoint is continuing to expand and seeks a Sales Manager - Engineering to join our team.

Role Description

The Sales Manager – Engineering (SM-E) is a key member of Spearpoint's Business Development team, alongside the Sales Manager – Defence & Law Enforcement (SM-D&LE), working to the Head of Business Development. The SM-E is responsible for driving sales growth for Spearpoint's Engineering capabilities through client engagement, market awareness, and supplier coordination. The SM-E plays a hands-on role in identifying opportunities, supporting customer needs, and contributing to the team's overall success. Previous military experience, within an engineering role, is seen as an advantage due to engagement with engineering end users, OEMs and suppliers.

This is a full-time, on-site role, located in the Greater Canberra Area. The role will necessitate national and international travel for supplier and client engagement.

    – Sales experience or directly applicable experience desired, able to demonstrate a positive approach to work and personal development.

    – Formal training not required. Prepared to undertake additional training as necessary.
