About the Role
As a Compliance Officer at H&H Accredited Training, you'll play a key role in ensuring our quality management and compliance systems remain among the best in the industry.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working with detail, documentation, and evidence — ensuring that our training and assessment practices consistently meet and exceeds ASQA and VET Quality Framework standards.
You'll work collaboratively with trainers, assessors, and the broader administration team to keep our systems, records, and processes audit-ready, accurate, and aligned with current legislation and training package requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Proactively maintain and update compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and evidence registers.
· Coordinates and documents internal audits, rectifications, and continuous improvement activities.
· Oversee and track compliance actions through the organisation's compliance calendar.
· Coordinates and supports validation and moderation processes across qualifications and units of competency.
· Monitor updates to training packages, legislation, and regulatory requirements, and working with the broader team to ensure timely implementation.
· Prepare documentation and evidence for external audits, ISO audits or regulatory submissions.
· Understanding the Smart & Skilled Operating Guidelines.
· Promote a culture of compliance and quality by providing clear, practical guidance to staff.

Experience and Qualifications
Essential
· Experience in RTO compliance, quality assurance and continuous improvement systems within the Australian VET sector
· Solid understanding of the VET Quality Framework, AQF, and training package requirements.
· Demonstrated ability to manage compliance documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
· Excellent written communication and organisational skills.
· Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements in a practical, solutions-focused way.
· Confident working with digital systems, databases and spreadsheets
Desirable:
· Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
· Experience participating in ASQA audits.
· Familiarity with Smart and Skilled requirements.
