The Opportunity

We are seeking a site Safety, Quality and Environment (SQE) Advisor to work at our high-voltage and renewable energy project sites across NSW.

In this role, you will be responsible for site safety in accordance with WH&S legislation and regulatory requirements to ensure the safe delivery of the project. You will be a peoples person who champions for SQE initiatives, partnering with operations to keep our people safe and deliver quality projects.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Implementing and maintaining the company's WHSE system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and established performance standards
- Assisting in the planning, execution and monitoring of high-risk work activities to ensure successful SQE outcomes
- Conducting site inspections and investigations
- Developing and delivering internal communications and lead community meetings and toolbox sessions

About You

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- Qualifications in either Safety, Work Health Safety, Environment or equivalent
- Field experience in a high risk industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to run site inductions with various stakeholders
- Ability to inspire others in best practice safety procedures
- Strong computer literacy
