Business Support Analyst

Brandbank Group is seeking a skilled
Business Support Analyst - Finance
to champion and support our Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance platform. You will oversee the administration, maintenance, configuration, and day-to-day support of D365 Finance, partnering with IT and business teams to drive operational efficiency across our global operations (500 stores across Australia, New Zealand Singapore, and the US).

THE ROLE:

• Provide functional and technical support for the D365 Finance environment, including user administration, system requests, upgrades, and regression testing.
• Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations to enhance efficiency and functionality.
• Assist staff with helpdesk tickets, escalations, and troubleshooting, delivering high-quality customer service.
• Administer D365 Finance configuration changes, screen layouts, dashboards, receipt formats, and finance integration (e.g., Adyen, Skyer).
• Maintain security and compliance of the D365 Finance platform in line with corporate IT policies.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to assess system requests, provide solutions, and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement, engagement, and cultural development initiatives.
• On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

*THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (MPOS or Store Commerce App).
• Knowledge of ITIL service management principles and helpdesk systems (e.g., Zendesk, JIRA) is desirable.
• Sound understanding of Microsoft Office products.
• Tertiary or industry certification in IT/Finance or ITIL certification is desirable.
• Flexible with after-hours support as needed and minimal interstate travel.
