Experience required: Experience in a business/system analyst role (Mandatory)Experience working in an Agile delivery model (Mandatory)Must have experience delivering solutions in critical digital channels that create great customer outcomes and experiences (Mandatory)Experience building and maintaining strong relationships between Product Owners, User experience, and technical team members (Desired)Track record of working in a fast -paced collaborative cross -functional environment (preferred) Role Specification: Therole of the Technical BA in the Bank Identity Space (KYC - Know Your Customer,Forgerock, and other Identity Platforms) exists to deliver outstanding businessresults by developing functional and appealing interactions to drive great userexperiences of customer -centric solutions.· The Senior BA role is responsible forassisting with the building of technical solutions based on industry bestpractices and principles.· Assisting in the creation and delivery ofsolutions that add value to our customers.· Working collaboratively with stakeholdersto implement and optimize user experiences using digital technologies.· Providing systems analysis, design,development, maintenance, and ongoing support for KYC applications.Executing a roadmapfor best practices and continuous improvement in the field of Analysis acrossBank Technology. This will include capability, culture, tools, and ways ofworking as a job family. Key capabilities:  Ability to analyse customer requirements and provide appropriate alternativesand solutions to meet those requirements. Advanced problem solving, business research and analytical skills. Strong internal consultation and negotiation skills A disciplined approach to planning, implementation and project execution Ability to prioritise workload and meet agreed timeframes Excellent presentation and communication skills Advanced facilitation and workshop skills Business acumen and industry knowledge with a strong understanding of businessprocesses and products Knowledge of system development life cycle. Knowledge of project management practices. Knowledge of Business Process Modelling and associated tools.
