The Opportunity
This role is all about supporting our lawyers so they can focus on legal strategy — while you take care of the details that keep everything humming.
You'll be:
- The first point of contact for new enquiries, greeting clients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing emails, booking appointments, and diary management
- Opening, closing and maintaining legal files
- Assisting with document management, including filing, drafting, and editing legal documents
- Assisting with billing and invoicing
- Supporting our Principal (an accredited specialist in commercial litigation) and the wider team
- Keeping our systems organised and our clients happy
For the right person, this role could grow into your desired legal pathway, giving you hands-on exposure to interesting commercial and construction matters.

You are:
- Highly organised, reliable and detail-focused
- Warm, clear and professional in your communication
- Comfortable with technology (especially Microsoft Office & Windows)
- Quick to learn, adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment
- A positive can-do attitude, interested in law, people, and contributing to something bigger
Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment is an advantage, but not essential — the right attitude and willingness to learn is what matters most.
