We're looking for a hands-on NetSuite Finance Systems Specialist to optimise a mature finance environment, improving configuration, workflows, and reporting to deliver greater accuracy, automation, and control.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Optimise and configure NetSuite Financials and Advanced Approvals.
  • Implement Delegation of Authority within purchasing and procurement workflows.
  • Enhance SuiteBilling to support recurring-revenue and maintenance contract billing.
  • Refine Manufacturing Accounting and improve integration between operations and finance.
  • Strengthen Accounts Receivable, Retention, and cashflow processes.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, and Operations to align systems with business goals.
  • Provide training, documentation, and continuous improvement recommendations.

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience supporting or configuring NetSuite Financials.
  • Strong knowledge of finance operations, AP, AR, Procurement, and Reporting.
  • Confident translating business requirements into practical, system-based solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
  • Organised, detail-driven, and able to lead work end-to-end in a project setting.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in manufacturing or product-based environments.
  • Background in ERP optimisation or system improvement projects.
