About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle NetSuite Senior Consultant to lead complex ERP transformations. This role combines hands-on solution design, client advisory and strategic pre-sales support. You will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients and a key contributor to practice growth and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Health Review & Optimization

  • Conduct NetSuite health checks and business process audits.
  • Identify inefficiencies, underutilized features, and configuration gaps.
  • Recommend phased improvements, automation strategies, and user adoption enhancements.

  • Lead discovery sessions and requirements gathering activities.

  • Design scalable NetSuite solutions for:

  • Advanced Financials: Cashflow reporting, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Billing.
  • Warehouse & Inventory
    : WMS Lite/Advanced, Bin Management, Serial/Lot Tracking, Fulfillment Automation.
  • Suiteprojects pro, Contractor Management, project forecasting, progress claims, Variation Management etc
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    Executive dashboards, KPIs, custom saved searches using SuiteAnalytics.
  • Workflow Automation:
    Design complex business process workflows.
  • Advanced PDF Templates.
  • 3rd Party Integrations.

Client Advisory & Relationship Management

  • Act as a strategic advisor to client executives on ERP, finance, and warehouse optimization.
  • Facilitate executive workshops and contribute to transformation roadmaps.

Pre-Sales & Business Development

  • Collaborate with Sales to define project scope, solution fit, and effort estimates.
  • Deliver tailored demos and conduct detailed pre-sales workshops, including process mapping, business case validation and solution walkthroughs.
  • Support proposal development, pipeline qualification and solution storytelling.
  • Partner with clients to articulate ROI and transformation outcomes.

Implementation & Customization

  • Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations: blueprinting, configuration, data migration, integration, UAT, go-live.
  • Build custom records, workflows, permissions, and documentation aligned with business needs and best practices.

Global Financials & Multi-Subsidiary Expertise

  • Architect and implement NetSuite OneWorld environments with multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and intercompany frameworks.
  • Design APAC-compliant financial reporting and tax configurations.
  • Advise clients on cross-border operations and financial consolidation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of NetSuite consulting across full-cycle implementations.
  • Expertise in financial modules, warehouse operations, analytics, and SuiteFlow.
  • Experience with NetSuite OneWorld, global consolidations, and APAC compliance.
  • Integration experience with CRM, banking, 3PL, and logistics systems.
  • Exposure to SuiteProjects and 3rd party apps such as FullClarity, BlueCollar, Appficiency, etc.
  • Certifications preferred: NetSuite ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, WMS.
  • Experience in the Construction Industry is a plus.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience across industries such as Wholesale Distribution, Retail, Manufacturing, 3PL, Services, or Construction.
  • Strong facilitation skills with executives and ability to lead pre-sales workshops from ideation to business case alignment.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and capable of leading enterprise-level projects
