Chubb Fire & Security, an industry leader and part of the API Fire and Security group of companies, are looking for Monitoring/Call Centre Operators to join our Sydney team.

The role is located at Rydalmere, Dharug Country, which is part of the Parramatta council area of Sydney. With free parking on site and a short bus ride away from Parramatta train station, it is an ideal location to work.

Candidates must be able to:

* Work in a fast paced Control Room role which requires a calm manner, attention to detail and a professional attitude.

* Have strong communication skills and computer literacy.

* Multitask across a high level of prioritised alarm events and inbound calls.

* Liaise with emergency services, security patrols and a diverse range of clients.

* Work a rotating 24/7 roster onsite - our clients are monitored from our A1/R1A graded control room - there are no working from home opportunities.

The role will suit individuals with a strong customer service background, team players who have the ability to work autonomously, resilient and reliable career focused professionals. Individuals who have great self-awareness and disciplined stress management techniques will succeed in this role.

The role is highly suitable for candidates who have experience in a call centre environment or have worked in a busy customer facing role, in either retail or hospitality sectors, and are looking to transition into an office based role.

This is an award based role (Security Services Industry Award) with multiple rosters to suit operational needs and personal preferences. Projected earnings on our rosters are between $75000-$84000 working less than 180 days of the year.

In return, we will offer:

* Excellent work life balance - as many days off as days on

* 5 weeks annual leave and the opportunity for overtime.

* Working with an industry leader

* Employee assistance programs

* Reward and recognition benefits

If you have a proven ability to be reliable, dynamic and looking for a call centre role that makes a difference, we look forward to hearing from you.
