Mercedes-Benz Waverley, located in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs, offers a fantastic opportunity for a luxury vehicle sales expert to join one of Australia's largest family-owned automotive businesses.

The position reports to a supportive leadership team and involves introducing customers to luxury vehicles, requiring exceptional finesse in sales and customer service skills. It's an exciting opportunity to join the team and be part of the Mercedes-Benz experience.

About the role:

  • Actively following up on customer queries and anticipating their needs.
  • Understand and identify customer interests, needs, and buying criteria.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products.
  • Drive sales, upsell and meet monthly targets.
  • Maintain data history on our software system.
  • Delivering vehicles.
  • Providing post-delivery support.
  • Demonstrating our values and supporting behaviours.

About you

  • Your niche specialises in selling prestige luxury vehicles; you know what it means to go above and beyond every time.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales.
  • The desire to exceed customer expectations, matching them with their dream car.
  • Communication, both written and verbal, is vital with good PC skills
  • Enthusiasm in abundance.
  • Ability to listen and understand.
  • Winning attitude.
  • Be competitive.
  • Reliable, honest, highly motivated, and well-presented.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.
