HOMESTYLE LIVING OUTDOORS
Homestyle Living Outdoors is a home improvement company based in the North Eastern suburbs operating since 2002. We are currently seeking a part-time bookkeeper and are offering flexible working hours across 3 days per week providing a work-life balance. This position will suit a person who posses extensive MYOB experience maintaining financial records, and enjoys being part of a team.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
-
End to end bookkeeping using MYOB
-
Accounts payable and receivable management
-
Payroll processing (STP, superannuation & leave accruals)
-
Maintain job costing & run cost reports
-
BAS preparation and lodgement support
-
Financial reporting and EOFY Reconciliations
-
Liaising with clients, ATO and external accountant
-
Provide administrative support where required
Skills & Experience
-
Proven experience in a bookkeeping role (minimum 3 years)
-
Prior experience in BAS preparation, payroll processing & financial reconciliations
-
Proficiency in MYOB and Excel is essential
-
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
-
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
