The Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic CAD/CNC Programmer to join our Wacol branch in a permanent, full-time role. You'll ensure accurate and efficient programming for CNC machinery, working closely with our production and sales teams to meet customer needs.

What you'll do:
  • Prepare and optimise nesting programs for CNC machinery
  • Collaborate with Scheduler & Processing Supervisor to prioritise work
  • Liaise with Sales and customers on drawings and specifications
  • Interpret engineering/structural drawings for production
  • Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and safety in all programming tasks
What we're looking for:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SigmaNEST (or similar software)
  • Previous CNC programming experience (highly regarded)
  • Strong ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Steel industry experience (preferred, not essential)
