About the role:

As a Rostering Officer our main coordinator of base rosters, shift replacements and payroll processes for our residential services, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing base rosters within our Payroll system (Kronos) as well as ongoing, long- and short-term rosters
  • Reallocating shifts, managing planned and unplanned leave and exceptions
  • Communicating updates and informing staff of shift allocations & replacements
  • Ensuring staff are working/rostered within EA and payroll reporting is ready for pay sign off
  • Coordinating, managing and resolving enquiries in a high-pressure environment, including escalation of issues

Role requirements:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload
  • Previous experience with a service coordination, scheduling or rostering role
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Experience within payroll administration
  • Experience using Kronos Payroll system will be of particular advantage
  • Confidence with smart phone and digital devices or willingness to learn
