
Onsite Operations Coordinator

- Coordinate the on-site client services.
- Assist with client queries as required.
- Maintaining our enquiries mailbox and phone line.
- Preparing proposals and reports.
- Manage the relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain stock and supplies to support service delivery
- Managing a casual pool of staff, including rostering and payroll activities
- General administration and customer service.
- Experience in program coordination from client enquiry through to service delivery and billing
- Proven experience within a customer-facing role
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including Database Management, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask
- Availability to be part of the on call roster
- Experience working in the healthcare industry will be highly regarded
- Travel may be required on an occasional basis
- Ongoing training and development
