George Street New South Wales, Australia BOQ Group Full time $120,000 - $180,000 per year

About The Role
This role serves as the subject matter expert on broker and aggregator processes and systems, acting as the voice of the broker across all bank change initiatives.

It involves managing the impact of distribution changes across retail broker brands while maintaining a strong understanding of the broker landscape and competitor activity to ensure service delivery remains competitive.

A key focus is driving operational excellence through the identification and implementation of process improvements that enhance broker market share, customer and employee experience, and overall efficiency.

The role leverages emerging technologies such as AI and automation to re-engineer processes and deliver measurable outcomes that simplify and optimise performance. It requires managing multiple initiatives of varying complexity, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and working closely with Sales Support and Broker Governance teams to ensure seamless transition into business-as-usual operations.

About You
Your experience in the third-party environment and strong grasp of mortgage lending equip you to navigate the broker landscape with confidence. You've worked across change, operations or transformation roles in financial services or similarly regulated industries and have a proven ability to deliver tangible improvements in efficiency and customer experience.

You think strategically, communicate effectively and lead change with a customer-first mindset. You're driven by results and continuous improvement, with a growing interest in automation and AI.

You're comfortable working with data and can translate insights using tools like Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI or Microsoft Dynamics to inform decisions and track performance.
