As our valued Leading Hand Boilermaker, your leadership skills and pride in getting the job done right will be key to M2P's continued success and growth.

Based at our Salisbury workshop, you'll draw on your passion for delivering results and leading a team to fabricate a variety of heavy industrial pipework, platework and structural steel. You'll have access to the most up-to-date equipment and facilities, including a pipe welding robot and CNC machines, and you'll be supported by approachable senior leaders who want you to succeed.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Utilise your knowledge of GMAW (flux core) and GTAW welding processes
  • Fabricate a variety of heavy industrial pipework, platework and structural steel
  • Read an interpret technical drawings
  • Work with a variety of materials including stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Aluminium and exotics.

What you'll bring:

  • It probably goes without saying, you'll need to be competent in metal fab and hold your trade qualification
  • If you have any other tickets and quals, they may come in useful; such as EWP, Forklift, non-slewing crane etc.
