About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial industrial maintenance plumber/roof plumber at MID Plumbing Services Pty Limited, you will be responsible for providing high-quality plumbing services to a range of commercial and industrial clients in the Greater Sydney area. This full-time role is a key part of our team and offers excellent opportunities for career development.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing routine plumbing & roofing maintenance and emergency repairs on commercial and industrial buildings
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues, and implementing effective solutions
  • Roof projects (Metal roofing and skylights), roof leak investigations & repairs and scheduled roof maintenance
  • Completing installations, renovations, and upgrades to plumbing infrastructure
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and responding promptly to service requests
  • Rotating on call roster
  • Maintaining detailed records of all work carried out
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards

What we're looking for

  • Has Trade qualification and experience working in a commercial or industrial maintenance setting
  • Must hold either Certificate III or Certificate IV plumbing qualification
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and provide clear recommendations
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
  • Must be an Australian citizen
