**About the Opportunity**

Based within our corporate support office in Pemuelwuy and moving to Parramatta, by the end of this year, the position of Master Data Specialist - Team Leader reports directly to our Parts Manager, and provides support relating to data and data analysis in the procurement of spare parts required for our machines and customer operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provision of high level customer service to HCA stake holders
- Maintenance and validation of database relating to set-up of parts
- Updating of price tapes for purchasing from suppliers and sales to dealers
- Periodic data analysis and management reporting
- Provision of documentation required for internal and external audits
- Participation in ad-hoc system cleansing activities
- Support for procurement team / manager in day to day operations, management and reporting of key tasks
- Identification and implementation of actions required for continuous improvement.

To be successful, you will possess the following:

- Strong customer service focus, for both internal and external customers, and stakeholder management
- Experience with database maintenance and analysis/reporting
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant management/business discipline
- Advanced skills in inventory management / ERP systems, Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills and experience with pricing-related mathematics
- Structured Query Language (SQL) experience.
