Greenstart is a landscape and garden maintenance business with a focus on providing premium garden maintenance to ensure our clients gardens thrive year round. We have multiple positions available and are seeking highly skilled and passionate gardeners to join our team. We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow their skillset to contribute to the team's success. Qualifications & experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in garden maintenance or landscaping
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
  • Physically fit and healthy with a strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license
  • Studying or completed a recognised course in Horticulture (beneficial)

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Mowing, hedging, pruning, weeding
  • Pest identification and treatment
  • Implementing fertiliser programs
  • Planting and soft landscaping
  • Collaborating with team members and leading crews as needed
  • Ensuring high quality work and client satisfaction
