We're looking for someone experienced in garden maintenance and horticulture to join our growing team at Bellamy's Gardens.

The work includes everything from mowing, hedging, weeding and planting, through to lawn care, turf management, pest and fertiliser treatments, and plant health diagnosis. We work on a mix of high-end residential and commercial properties — some days you'll be with a crew, other days solo.

We take pride in doing proper work, not rushing jobs or cutting corners — and we're keen to find someone who shares that mindset.


What We're Offering:
  • $35–$45/hr depending on experience
  • Higher-paid roles available for highly experienced candidates
  • Vehicle use available for the right person
  • Casual to start — with option to go full-time if it's a good fit
  • Long-term growth opportunities for the right person

You'll Be a Good Fit If You:
  • Have experience in horticulture, turf care, and pest/fertiliser treatments
  • Can confidently use tools like mowers, blowers, brushcutters, hedgers, etc.
  • Take pride in doing tidy, high-quality work
  • Are reliable, communicate well, and work well with clients
  • Have a driver's licence (required); white card and horticulture certs are a bonus
