Premier People are supporting their client in sourcing a Mobilisation Officer / Administration Coordinator to support operations and coordinate personnel across FMG projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in mobilisation and mining operations.

Key Details

  • Start January 2026
  • Temp to permanent opportunity
  • Monday to Friday, full-time hours

    (Flexible start times between 7:30am – 9:00am)
  • Salary up to $85,000, depending on experience

  • 1 weekend per month on-call

  • $50 per day regardless of call-out ($100 per weekend)

  • Any work completed paid at standard hourly rate

About the Role

In this role, you will support daily operations and play a key part in mobilising personnel for site-based work. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Booking medicals, flights and accommodation for site personnel
  • Coordinating FMG site access and compliance requirements
  • Booking inductions and training
  • Supporting continuous improvement of mobilisation and travel systems
  • General administration including document preparation, data entry, file management and event support

What We're Looking For

  • 12 months' experience working with FMG systems SPEAR, CMS, SAM Workflow.
  • Qualification in Business, Administration or a related field
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Administration or related field is required
  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive, positive attitude
  • Clear communication and professional presentation
  • Confidence using databases, Excel and digital systems
  • Genuine interest in building a career in mobilisation or business operations
  • Industry experience in mobilisation or business operations is required

Highly Regarded

  • Previous mobilisation experience (particularly FMG)
  • Office administration or customer service experience
  • Interest in process improvement
  • Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
