Medical Receptionist – Full Time or Part Time - South Perth and Warwick Locations

We also have two satellite clinics: one north of the river in Warwick and one south of the river in Rockingham.

Responsibilities:

As a valued member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fertility clinic. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering Phone calls: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously answering patient enquiries and direct calls to the appropriate personal.
• Appointment scheduling: efficiently manage appointment scheduling, ensure appropriate paperwork complete and ensure optimal utilization of clinic resources.
• Medicare Billings: Accurately process Medicare billings and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. Process Private patients.
• Website Enquiry Responses: Respond to online enquiries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy to provide essential information to potential patients.
• Patient Assistance: Assist patients with their queries, provide guidance on administrative matters, and offer a reassuring presence throughout their journey.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work harmoniously with fellow administrative staff, nursing staff, lab staff and medical professionals to uphold our clinic's standards of excellence.

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates who possess:

• Previous medical administrative experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in medical reception, preferably in a specialist clinic setting
• Exceptional professionalism and caring, compassionate demeanour.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent time management.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using standard office software and electronic medical records systems.
• A passion for our mission of making fertility treatments accessible for all.
• Must have valid Australian work rights
