Phillis Real Estate Queensland is expanding and growing, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Agent who is ready to thrive in a vibrant, well-supported, and high-performing team in our Southport Office opposite TSS.

About the Role

As a driven, sub-contracted agent, you'll have the flexibility to manage your own time and have the support of a full-time in-house marketing and admin team to elevate your personal brand.

What You'll Be Doing


• Dedication to the growing and maintaining of your database


• Generating new leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals


• Maintaining above-expectations vendor communications and service


• Hosting property viewings and open inspections to showcase listings to potential buyers


• Qualifying buyer leads and negotiating sales terms and contractual agreements, to secure successful property transactions


• Guiding clients through every step of the sales process


• Building and nurturing long-term relationships


• Staying across market trends, pricing shifts, and industry updates as we do.


• Your success will contribute to the overall success and culture of the Phillis Real Estate Queensland team

What We're Looking For


• Proven track record of success and 2-3 years minimum experience as a Sales Agent within the residential real estate industry


• Someone who is selling between properties per year who wants to earn the best potential commission share and be over rewarded for over performance


• Good personal presentation and communication skills are essential, along with interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients


• Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a proven ability to close deals


• Thorough knowledge and interest in the local property market, including current trends and pricing


• Exceptional organisational and time management skills


• A valid real estate sales license and ABN set up, and provide your own vehicle


• Your own database


• Eligibility to work in Australia (citizenship or visa)
