THE MONDAY GROUP is partnering with an industry-disrupting brand agency with a global reputation for building "sticky" brands that dominate their markets.
As the agency transitions from founder-led sales to a fully systemised sales process, this newly created Sales Executive role will be instrumental in generating and converting new business opportunities.
You'll thrive here if you're hungry, competitive, and ready to learn fast - balancing outbound prospecting with inbound lead qualification, attending events, and connecting with high-value clients across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively generate new leads through cold outreach, networking, and social engagement
• Qualify and progress inbound leads from the agency's significant brand presence
• Prepare and deliver proposals, sales decks, and client presentations
• Maintain CRM accuracy and follow a structured sales workflow
• Attend networking events, industry functions, and client meetings to build relationships
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and creative teams to win and grow accounts
• Utilise AI-powered research tools to identify and qualify opportunities
• Adapt your approach to engage with personal brands, start-ups, SMBs, and enterprise clients
About You
• 1–3 years' experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
• Hungry, proactive, and resilient - comfortable with rejection and quick pivots
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
• Highly organised with sharp follow-through and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly (CRM, AI tools, automation)
• Competitive edge - sports or team-based backgrounds highly regarded
• Thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and ambitious environment
