Your Role & Team

As a
WordPress Developer,
will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a high-quality WordPress website that supports our business objectives and enhances user experience. You will be the strategic owner of our web development projects, managing all aspects from planning and implementation to optimisation and ongoing support.

This role requires an in-depth knowledge of WordPress, expertise in web development best practices, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver engaging and secure digital solutions.

This role reports directly to our
Head of Growth
and is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions based out of our
Sydney CBD
office.

Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Collaborating with the marketing team to design, develop, and maintain the company website on WordPress, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Implementing and optimising web features and landing pages to support digital marketing campaigns, lead generation, and user engagement.
• Advising on and executing SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic search performance.
• Monitoring website analytics and user behaviour, providing actionable insights to improve site performance and inform marketing strategies.
• Delivering regular reports on website traffic, campaign landing page results, and digital engagement metrics to stakeholders.
• Overseeing agency and platform partner relationships, ensuring delivery against performance targets.

Our ideal candidate

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in WordPress web development, including end-to-end management of high-traffic websites.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Elementor and other leading WordPress page builders.
• Strong fundamentals and practical expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for building responsive, interactive, and accessible web experiences.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimising WordPress sites for performance, security, and SEO best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
