About the Role

We're seeking a General Hand to join our team at Kooba – Bringagee Farm, located 30 minutes from Griffith, NSW. In this role, you'll assist with a variety of day-to-day farming activities, including operating machinery, irrigation, and general property maintenance. You'll play an important part in supporting safe and efficient farm operations across seasonal programs.

Key duties include:

  • Operating tractors and other machinery for field preparation, planting, spraying, and harvest work.
  • Assisting with irrigation activities and routine system checks.
  • Carrying out farm maintenance, including fencing, equipment upkeep, and repairs.
  • Supporting crop production and contributing to general farm improvements.

About you

You're practical, reliable, and take pride in contributing to the success of the team. You enjoy physical, hands-on work and are open to learning new skills in a supportive environment.

Ideal skills and experience include:

  • Previous experience in farm work or outdoor labour.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • A strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
  • A current driver's licence (essential).
  • Permanent Australian working rights (essential).
