Marrybrown is expanding in Australia, and we need your help

Marrybrown Australia Pty Ltd is looking for a full-time experienced Quality Assurance Specialist (QSR Food Services) to work with our company in expanding our network of Marrybrown stores around Victoria.

This position will be responsible for maintaining and controlling quality assurance systems for all Marrybrown stores within Victoria, including:

  • Developing and rolling out the deployment of Marrybrown Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Assurance systems to Marrybrown stores.
  • Planning and organising the implementation of Marrybrown SOPs.
  • Supervising and directing the deployment of Marrybrown SOPs.
  • Auditing and controlling the ongoing compliance of Marrybrown stores with Marrybrown SOPs.
  • Identifying and rectifying lapses in compliance and QA failings.
  • Reviewing and improving SOPs and QA systems.
  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure adherence to QA requirements.
  • Ensuring QA systems complies with Australian governmental and Marrybrown corporate regulatory frameworks.
  • Providing training on operation of QA systems and Marrybrown SOPs.
  • Managing QA documentation and training records.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Experience with quality assurance or systems auditing in QSR food services will be highly regarded
  • Passionate about food services
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Possesses relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year relevant work experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
