What You Will Do
  • Teach — Deliver clear, structured lessons in your subject(s) that build understanding and exam technique.
  • Coach — Motivate students to engage with content and develop study skills.
  • Mentor — Share advice, anecdotes, and study strategies to build student confidence.
  • Friend — Build genuine connections so students feel supported and inspired.

What You Will Bring
  • High ATAR (90+) and/or strong subject-specific academic achievements
  • First-year university level knowledge or above in your subject(s)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Energy, empathy, independence and a proactive mindset
  • A full academic year commitment with 10+ hours weekly availability
  • Alignment with Contour's mission (Signed NDA and non-compete agreement required)
