W Brisbane located at 81 N Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives across multiple venues while supporting the Director of Marketing in the day-to-day execution of the hotel marketing plan and marketing channels.

THE ROLE

  • Developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth
  • Collaborate closely with our Beverage and Food teams to plan and manage campaigns for products, menus, seasonal promotions and special events
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media strategy, paid advertising, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
  • Manage budgets and timelines for marketing projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or minimum 2-3year's experience in a similar role, preferably in the Hospitality Industry
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools
  • Experience in social media strategy, management and content creation
  • Knowledge of Food and Beverage industry trends and consumer behaviour
  • Creative mindset with strong brand storytelling skills
  • Excellent organisational, project management and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
