We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Centre Support / Admin person to join our team at Kindalin Early Childhood Learning Centres.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Front Desk Centre Support person to join our team and assist with the day-to-day admin and operations. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 10:30 am - 6:30 pm. You must be flexible and be able to work at any of our Centres located within the Hills District.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a childcare environment is highly desired.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office Software, including Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Willing to learn and understand software and platforms used throughout the organisation.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy, people-oriented Centre.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • A genuine caring for Children and Families.

Qualities and Daily Responsibilities:

  • Strong communication skills to meet and greet our families as they arrive at the Centre each day.
  • Answer and manage phone calls, directing them as needed.
  • A team player who can take direction and work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Assist the Centre Director with tasks as required.
  • Complete Centre administration tasks.
