We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our dynamic kitchen team. This is a full-time opportunity for a culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional food quality and kitchen leadership.

Key Responsibilities

As Head Chef, your duties will include:

  • Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities.
  • Creating and updating menus in collaboration with management.
  • Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring cost control.
  • Training, supervising, and mentoring kitchen staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards.
  • Monitoring kitchen performance and implementing improvements.
  • Maintaining kitchen equipment and coordinating repairs when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

To be considered, you must have:

  • A Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or an equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Chef in a commercial kitchen.
