About The Client
Our client is a progressive, tech-driven real estate agency known for their supportive culture, modern systems, and commitment to career growth. With strong admin, finance, and virtual assistant support, this is a workplace where Property Managers are truly empowered to succeed.

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a well-maintained portfolio of 190 properties. Youll be supported by a property management assistant, VA, and trust accountant, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service and client care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants
  • Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and provide market advice
  • Conduct routine, entry, and final inspections
  • Handle tenant sign-ups, maintenance, repairs, and insurance claims
  • Manage bonds, arrears, and tribunal preparation
  • Achieve and exceed performance KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and company standards

Skills And Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years Property Management experience
  • Current WA Property Manager Registration (mandatory)
  • Reliable car and current drivers licence
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Experience with Property Tree or Inspect Real Estate (advantageous)
