About Your Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Cadet Estimator to join our growing Sydney team. If you're passionate about construction and want to get hands-on experience in commercial fit-outs, this is your chance to work alongside industry leaders, learn on the job, and build a strong foundation in estimating. Whether you're currently studying or a recent graduate, we'll support your development with real project exposure, mentoring, and structured guidance.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• Support the Estimating team with tenders and live project pricing
• Assist in reviewing and coordinating tender documents
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to gather quotes and pricing
• Help with pricing analysis and cost planning
• Follow internal processes to deliver high-quality, accurate work
• Learn how to interpret drawings, identify scope, and build competitive estimates

What You'll Bring To The Role

• Currently studying (or recently completed) a degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• A genuine interest in fit-out and refurbishment
• Good time management, attention to detail, organisation and communication skills
• A positive, proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
• Previous industry experience (even part-time or site-based) is great, but not essential
