About Us

We are a project management and contracting business that works in partnership with some of Australia's leading Tier 1 contractors, including John Holland, CPB, and Fulton Hogan. Our business delivers a wide range of services, including labour hire, materials supply, haulage, waste solutions, and project delivery for major infrastructure works across the country.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior or Cadet to join our team in an Operational Support & Personal Assistant capacity. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how the commercial, operational, and tendering sides of the civil construction industry work.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Commercial Business Partner, you will provide essential operational and administrative support. This is a hands-on role that will involve:

  • Assisting with the review of online tender portals and identifying potential opportunities
  • Data entry and maintaining internal records, registers, and spreadsheets
  • Drafting and managing emails on behalf of the Commercial Business Partner
  • Coordinating meetings, booking appointments, and managing schedules
  • Preparing basic quotes, proposals, and supporting tender documentation
  • Assisting with purchase orders, invoice processing, and record keeping
  • Carrying out research to support business decisions and project planning
  • Providing general administrative and organisational assistance as required

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual who is:

  • A recent graduate, cadet, or in the early stages of their career (Business Administration, Construction Management, or similar preferred)
  • Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
  • Confident in verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Able to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Interested in building a long-term career in the civil construction or infrastructure industry
  • Must be well versed in accounting softwares such as Xero, tender platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft/Google Spreadsheets/Documents.
