About the Role

In this role, you will be at the centre of our customer and supply chain operations, managing quotes, orders, and fulfilment for our metering products. From processing customer requests to coordinating with factories, freight partners, and service suppliers, you'll ensure our products are delivered on time, accurately tracked, and ready for deployment.

The Customer Service and Supply Chain Specialistrole based in Melbourne engages with our customers to understand and identify their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries regarding metering product quotes, availability, and provide timely updates on order status, shipping, and delivery schedules.
  • Accurately process sales and purchase orders while supporting customers with product enquiries, order changes, and service-related issue
  • Manage factory orders and inventory, ensuring alignment with customer and project requirements, while tracking serialized metering products for compliance and deployment.
  • Coordinate international and domestic freight, logistics, and customs, ensuring adherence to intercompany (Interco) terms and freight requirements.
  • Oversee stock levels, place replacement part orders, coordinate product testing with service suppliers, and support continuous improvement in logistics and order fulfillment.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience customer service, supply chain, logistics, or order management, INTERCO terms
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully communicate with customers
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and working within teams
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capability
  • Proficiency in SAP/order management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
