About You:

We're looking for Educators who are:

  • Passionate about early childhood education and supporting children's development
  • Positive, reliable and team-focused
  • Able to build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and team members
  • Committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences
  • Knowledgeable about the EYLF, NQS and child-led learning approaches

What You'll Bring

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Experience in early learning environments preferred but not essential

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting children's development through play-based learning
  • Creating and maintaining a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
  • Working collaboratively with the team to develop and implement learning programs
  • Communicating with families to share children's learning and build trust
  • Embodying Curiosity Tree's values in your daily practice
