Your Impact

As a Senior Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

About Goodstart Burpengary

Our Burpengary early learning childcare centre is set in a small shopping hub that is surrounded by semi rural housing estates.
We are a 75 place centre made up of five rooms that are all very spacious and open
Our warm, friendly and professional team of educators strive to provide the highest quality care and learning experiences for the children through strong partnership with our families
Our aim is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can build a sense of belonging. We believe in a play-based learning environment that supports children to build connection with country and culture.
Outside, our playground areas are a balance of natural and manmade elements and play surfaces - with everything you would expect in a vibrant and activity based play area. We have carefully designed and planned spaces to encourage a stronger understanding of the environment and sustainability - while giving children the scope to explore, play and let their imaginations roam
Community is important to us and through visits to the centre and participation in events and activities throughout the year we are able to enrich the learning experience

**You’ll need**:
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current QLD Working with Children Check
