What we’re looking for:
- Relevant Qualifications: Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent approved by ACECQA).
- If you are studying you can still apply
- A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.- Relevant Licences & Work Rights: Working with Children's Check & Passport/Australian Birth Certificate- Commitment to Child Development: A strong dedication to nurturing and supporting the growth and development of young children.- Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with colleagues, children, and families to create a positive learning environment.- Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to various roles and educational settings as needed.- Accountability and Ownership: Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for tasks and outcomes, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement.- Effective Communication Skills: Excellent ability to convey information clearly and professionally to children, colleagues, and parents.- Continuous Learning: Eagerness for professional development and staying updated with the latest educational practices and standards.
