Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for customer service? New Balance is seeking a temporary IT Support Technician to join our team during the peak retail and activation season, on-site at the iconic Australian Open New Balance store in January 2026.

What You'll Do

  • Provide hands-on technical support for POS, software, printers, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, servers, hotspots etc
  • Deploy images and maintain devices using Windows Autopilot and Intune
  • Manage IT assets and ensure smooth operations across endpoints
  • Be the first point of contact for technical assistance via phone, email, Teams, and walk-up support
  • Triage and delegate support tickets using Freshservice
  • Deliver on-site support during peak trade at the Australian Open.

What You Bring

  • Experience in Service Desk/Desktop Support (Level 1 & 2)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online a plus)
  • Familiarity with endpoint deployment via Intune and imaging tools
  • Networking and Citrix experience (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • APTPOS POS experience advantageous.
