We have an exciting opportunity for a senior communications advisor to join one of Australia's leading healthcare organisations as they embark on a high-profile digital transformation. Working within a collaborative team environment  this role will be responsible for various communication and change activities across technology projects. 
Your background will ideally demonstrate a proven track record in supporting large-scale environments, combined with a strong ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders from clinical professionals through to executive management.
 
We are seeking a self-motivated individual who brings a strong work ethic combined with a delivery focused approach. Fundamental to this role will be your ability to support a large team through change and communication utilising recognised change management methodologies. 
This is an exciting career opportunity to be part of the latest initiatives within the digital healthcare sector.
 
To be considered you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
  • Experience in producing and developing communication and training materials, including newsletters, presentations, marketing, project status, progress, and updates
  • Apply change management methodology to support change activities where required
  • Experience in influencing and leading large teams through technology and organisational change
  • Excellent ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior management and leaders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to facilitate change management
