Excellent opportunity for an experienced clinical systems trainer to lead a team of training coordinators to supporting the implementation of a high-profile program within the healthcare sector.

Your role will involve supporting the training team by way of developing and delivering training material across the project lifecycle and engaging with multidisciplinary teams made up of clinical and non-clinical users. 

We are seeking an engaging and collaborative individual who brings an open and positive disposition and has the ability to work across all levels of stakeholder groups.

This role is suitable for an individual who can commence immediately.

To be considered you must demonstrate:

  • A clinical background (i.e., nursing, medical officer, pharmacist)
  • Proven credentials in facilitating the development and implementation of effective training documentation, tools and plans for large scale digital healthcare programs. E.g. eMR or PAS implementations
  • Experience in effectively leading training teams that have supported large-scale healthcare projects 
  • Excellent ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior management and leaders
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication and experience in developing and reviewing technical documentation
