Dr Saras & Co is a well-established, highly regarded cosmetic medical clinic that has been transforming skin and confidence for over 25 years. We are expanding our team and seeking an enthusiastic Skin Therapist who is passionate, motivated, and eager to grow within a supportive, professional environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and confident Skin Therapist who loves delivering exceptional client care and is excited to learn new techniques and technologies. This role is available across our three Sydney locations and can be full-time or part-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a range of advanced skin and cosmetic treatments (training provided)
  • Deliver exceptional client service and treatment outcomes
  • Assist with clinic flow, room setup, product recommendations, and bookings
  • Work collaboratively within a tight-knit, fun, and professional team
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and treatment protocols
  • Support doctors and nurses during busy clinic days when required

What We're Looking For

  • A qualified Beauty Therapist (Cert IV, Diploma or equivalent)
  • Genuine passion for skin, aesthetics, and helping clients feel their best
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to support across all areas
  • Someone who enjoys learning and is open to ongoing training in new treatments
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must have a driver's licence and own car

Previous cosmetic clinic experience is a bonus but not essential
