The TRC adopts a multi-disciplinary, collaborative model of care focused on recovery, rehabilitation, and community safety. It provides evidence-based biopsychosocial treatment and rehabilitation services to support people in achieving recovery from complex disorders that result in problematic behaviours including offending.

The TRC is a community-based clinic but will also provide initial prison in-reach services to support future clinic patients, to optimise safety and treatment success. The initial focus of the service will be the provision of evidence-based assessment and treatment for problem sexual behaviours. In the longer term, the clinic will also focus on other problem behaviours.

The TRC is located in a brand new purpose-built clinic in Surry Hills, just a short walk from either Central or Museum station. Easy access is also provided via buses and light rail. An array of restaurants and café options are a short walk away.
