The Role
We're seeking a dedicated
Clinical Psychologist
to deliver high-quality psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults across
Sydney
. This hybrid role combines clinic-based and community-based work, offering flexibility, professional variety, and the opportunity to work alongside a passionate, multidisciplinary team.
You'll play a vital role in supporting clients and their families through assessments, interventions, and evidence-based therapies that foster meaningful, sustainable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments, diagnoses, and interventions for children, adolescents, and adults.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment and therapy plans in collaboration with clients, families, and carers.
- Complete risk assessments and provide crisis intervention when required.
- Prepare clear, timely, and accurate clinical documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Provide supervision and support to our current psychologists.
- Provide recommendations and collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community organisations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and team meetings.
- Uphold professional and ethical standards as outlined by AHPRA and relevant professional bodies.
- Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision.
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist.
- Eligibility for a Medicare provider number.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport across diverse groups.
- Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
