About the role

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing high-quality customer support and administrative assistance. Your work will directly contribute to a positive client experience and the overall success of our service delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with order processing, account management, and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information in the database
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services
  • Provide administrative support, such as scheduling, data entry, and document management
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (desired)
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
