Our mission since 1989 has been to improve workplace wellbeing and support Australians' mental health. We provide services such as EAP counselling, critical incident response, onsite and remote support, psychosocial risk management, and tailored wellbeing consultation to help individuals and organisations thrive.

We are looking for a Digital Innovator to lead our business transformation. Reporting to the CEO, step into a pivotal role where you'll drive the delivery of digital transformation initiatives that align with our business objectives.

This is a 12 month maximum term contract. Applications close 5 January 2026 and won't be reviewed until this time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Digital Transformation: Plan, execute, and deliver technology initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Change Management: Drive adoption of new tools and processes, design training programs, and create user-friendly resources.
  • Executive & Stakeholder Engagement: Align projects with organisational strategy, provide updates to leadership, and manage expectations across teams.
  • Project Governance: Manage sprints, workflows, milestones, and compliance with governance standards.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Maintain financial discipline and optimise resource allocation.
  • Technical Oversight: Use Azure DevOps/Jira for tracking; collaborate with development and QA teams to meet UAT standards.
  • Risk & Quality Management: Identify risks, implement QA processes, and ensure continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, IT, or Business.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum highly regarded.
  • Proven track record in managing complex digital transformation projects.
  • Exposure to C#, .NET, Angular desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, change management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented, and results-driven with high professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Experience in the Mental Health industry highly regarded.
